At Represent Church, we're here to share that Jesus offers everyone forgiveness, freedom and hope. We're passionate about guiding everyone to their next step – giving your life to Jesus, getting baptized, finding your place to serve, mentoring others, or even starting a new church.
We believe we have an amazing opportunity to represent Jesus to the world, just as Jesus represented God – and we get to do it all in the leading and power of the Holy Spirit. And not only that; but we also get to re-present Him to those who have been hurt by past church experiences or think the church is irrelevant.

Our story of growing up without a strong church community fuels our mission. We're committed to being the church we wish we had – a place of genuine faith, unwavering support, and real community for families on Long Island.
We're a family that's passionate about Jesus and devoted to each other. In Him, you'll find a love that's beyond words, a life that's truly abundant, and a freedom that’s transformative.
Our goal? To represent God's love in every corner of Long Island. We do this through authentic community, solid Biblical teaching, and compassionate outreach -- all aimed at helping people discover and follow Jesus. And trust us, we have a blast doing it!

Senior Pastor & Kids Director
Meet the family behind Represent Church: Pastor Blaise, Melissa, and their three young world-changers – Blaise, Kenna, and Summer. Born and raised on Long Island, they’re committed to living on mission and bringing hope to their city.
From Bible college to Christian camps, from serving the homeless to pastoral ministry, each experience has added depth to Blaise’s vision for Represent. But it was the experience of losing his father at 12 without a supportive church community that truly fueled his passion.
Now, with Blaise as the senior pastor and Melissa directing our kids' ministry, the Chrzasteks are creating the church they wish they had. At Represent, we’re not just preaching about God's love – we’re dedicated to living it out. Our goal? To make Represent a place where every Long Islander, regardless of their story, can find love, healing, and a spiritual home.

About the Scriptures
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God. It is accurate in all matters to which it speaks; spiritual, historical, and scientific. The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the foundation of the faith and practice by which we seek to live.

About God
We believe that God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

About Jesus
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for sinners by dying on a cross. He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.

About the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is equal to the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living godly, understanding spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian should seek to live under His control daily.

About Humanity
We believe that God created humanity, male and female, in the image of God and originally free from sin. Through Adam and Eve’s disobedience, we have all become separated from God. We further believe that all people are by nature, and by choice, sinners and therefore spiritually dead. We believe that every human being is responsible to God alone in all matters of faith
(Gen 1:26-27; 2:7-3: 19; Rom 3:9-23; Eph 2:1-3).
About Eternity
We believe that man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

About the Christian Life
We believe that every Christian is called to a holy life of service and testimony in the power of the Holy Spirit. Service includes the sharing of the gospel message to the whole world. We believe strongly that each believer is chosen to declare the praises of Him who called us out of darkness and into His wonderful light. To empower believers, the Lord has given us the Holy Spirit who works within us to accomplish His work. Therefore, Scripture calls believers a royal priesthood and provides each of us the privilege and authority to allow the Holy Spirit to equip and empower us to accomplish His work.

About Eternal Security
We believe that because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in the salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives this security. (John 10:29; 2nd Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25, 10:10,14; 1st Peter 1:3-5)
About Salvation
We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, the only means to salvation is belief in Christ’s substitutional death and resurrection.

About the Church
We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to the lost world. (Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:24-30; 1st Corinthians 12:4-13,27)
About Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
We believe that the Bible sets forth two ordinances, the Lord’s Supper and water baptism. The Lord’s Supper is to be celebrated regularly in remembrance of Christ’s death on the cross, and in expectation of His return. Water baptism is an outward testimony of a person’s belief in Christ. Baptism is not a “step” for salvation but from salvation.

On Oct 6th we will be taking one step closer to Brooklyn by opening the CP Oceanside campus and one step closer to Montauk by starting Represent Church in Mastic Beach. What is Good? 🤷🏻♂️ Every Good thing is from above. Sometimes our day to day lives try to define “#Good” but instead of defining what is good we confuse it. We start to believe:
Wealth = Good
Prestige = Good
Relationships = Good
Stuff (material possessions) = Good
All of those things are good things but they do not define “Good”. The value and worth placed on those things from the one who made them, and gives them is the definition of Good. Sometimes, hard times in our life feels bad; but ….works together for our Good. When you seek God today ask Him, “God, what in my life is a good thing from you? Our family moved to Long Island, NY this week!!! After some time of praying, getting wise counsel, and discussion, we decided to take the next step and re locate to NY. We will be taking the next year to seek personal growth, serve locally, and take steps in starting Represent Church. We are excited and believe this is what God has for us. With a name like Represent Church we have to appreciate a statement like that! It's so rich in truth and love. We see in the book of Ephesians, chapter 5, verse 2 that God was pleased by the love and care Jesus showed. WHY? It's because Jesus daily sacrificed everything to Love God and Love Others. It begs the question..... are we living and loving like Jesus?
Jesus had His priorities straight when it came to daily living. Love God. Love Others. Impact the World. If you are like me, this is something I daily need to be reminded of. So... let's be intentional in praying about this today, tomorrow, this week. Say this prayer with me...
"God, please give me the strength, love, and patience to live and love like you today. Help me to see people how you see people. Help me to care for needs when I see them. Help me tell people about the good news of Jesus. God help me live and love like you today." AMEN.

Matthew 27:51 tells us "Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,". Not your typical Easter message 🤷🏻♂️ but this Easter our sending church (@visit_grace_sop) in Kansas City taught on "The Veil". This message was so encouraging and empowering. It was a direct reminder that we were granted full access to the "THRONE OF GRACE". We were granted access to God! That we no longer have to offer sacrifices, or utilize a high priest to talk with God. We can boldly approach our gracious/loving Father and He is right there, ready to listen. Jesus payed the price for us. When He died on a cross for our sins, He payed our debt in FULL! And when He arose from the grave He gave life and hope to the world. Do you believe this truth? What can you thank God for today? What can you approach Him about right now? What are you waiting for? Be encouraged, empowered, and hopeful that God is for you and granted you VIP access to a relationship with Him. The veil has been torn! 🙌🏻

How we doin Represent family! The past few weeks God has been reminding us of the truth found in John 15 : ABIDE. Jesus teaches us in this chapter the importance of Abiding/ Staying connected to Him, The true vine. 🪴🍇 Apart from God we cannot do anything! We will fail! We wont be able to sustain love! We will forget purpose! Ironically we like to "get close" to God but not "abide" in Him. The word ABIDE means: to continue, to stay, to endure, to wait, to live. So the question is... are you abiding in Jesus, God, The Bible? What are you abiding in? We have been constantly reminded that "we" cannot start a church, God can! "We" cannot lead people, God can! "We" cannot do this, God can! What in your life do you need to be change so you can ABIDE in Jesus? Remember, God can do/produce far greater things than you can dream or fathom when you abide in HIM. Stay connected to the vine. Go check out John 15 this week. Its a game changer!

**Church Under The Bridge **
Yesterday I had the privilege of teaching about forgiveness to a group of people under a bridge in downtown Kansas City. We shared that God’s heart for us is to be forgiven and to forgive others. This outreach has been going on since 2018 and serves the needy and homeless population of Kansas City consistently. Serving the community is something our sending church @visit_grace is all about as well as our weekly Grace Group. I encourage anyone in the KC area to check it out and serve! If you’re not in the area … think about and act on ways to serve your community! All in all it was a great opportunity to share about Jesus! 🥳🥳

Represent Church is moving forward in starting a new life giving church in the town of Westhampton beach, NY! Womp! womp! womp!! While on Long Island last weekend we ran into a lady who was excited to hear that we want to start a church in Westhampton beach. She said “this town needs more faith and community!” Talk about confirmation from a town local. Thank you for praying as we “community searched”, and God thank you for leading. Praise God for an awesome trip!!! We took a group of people to “check out” Long Island and asked them to pray about moving there with us to start Represent Church! We haven’t had anyone say yes yet 🤷🏻♂️ some are close 😏 but all we want is for people to seek God. For people to pray and ask God if He wants them to move to Long Island and help start a church. If people pursue God it’s a win!!! This trip was life giving, affirming, fun, and def encouraging. We built deep friendships, prayed over a possible building location, heard from 3 different churches, and served alongside a local food outreach. We drank lots of coffee, ate tons of food, got caught in a squall 😳, and praised God every step of the way. Thank you to those who were following our story and praying for our trip! It was a success! This trip is going great!!!! Today we met with and served alongside a local outreach on Long Island….. Lighthouse Mission! They are a mobile food pantry and community outreach killing it! Then we went and prayed over a specific building / location in Westhampton Beach! We even spoke with someone in the community who got excited when she saw us and heard we are wanting to start a church. How exciting is that!!!! We celebrated with some beach time, had solid conversations with @localchurchli over dinner and enjoyed some music from @michaelliebler and @bdanhoudek !!!! Spending time with God is always a challenging time and a time of encouragement. Today I was reminded that God comforts us and we get to praise Him. We then get to share that comfort with the world! 🌎With hurting people! With broken people! With happy people! With Godly people! Do you need comfort? Thank you 2021! We took a step towards starting a church, started a new job, moved to KC, bought a house, had a baby in a snowstorm, said goodbye to friends and family to pursue what God is telling us to do. It was a wild year.
This last year has had its ups and downs, but we have seen Gods peace and provision through it all. Our family is excited to see all that God does through 2022. I find myself dwelling on this verse this morning. Time with Jesus isn’t about marking off a Christian checklist in my daily planner; it’s about investing into a relationship that will result in comfort, purpose, and perfect peace. What’s different about this “calmness or stillness???? It flows directly from the one who hand crafted you….. the one who literally created peace! 😳 what does your “peace time” look like today??
